By using CrowdMaan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms should be reviewed for the business entity and governing law applicable to the operator.
2. Description of service
CrowdMaan provides crowdfunding research, discovery and campaign-planning features. Results may include third-party websites, public information and potential outreach opportunities. We do not operate crowdfunding campaigns on your behalf unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activities under your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CrowdMaan to violate laws, infringe rights, scrape restricted content unlawfully, distribute malware, send spam, impersonate others, or interfere with the security or operation of the service. You must comply with applicable marketing, privacy and platform rules when contacting third parties.
5. Research results
Results are provided for informational and planning purposes. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or irrelevant. A listed contact address or website does not imply endorsement, willingness to accept pitches, or permission to market to that recipient. You are responsible for verifying each opportunity.
6. Your content
You retain responsibility for campaign information and other materials you submit. You grant CrowdMaan permission to process that content as needed to operate the features you request. Do not submit material you lack the right to use.
7. Third-party services
CrowdMaan may link to third-party sites and use external technical services. We do not control those sites or guarantee their content, policies, availability or performance.
8. Pricing and payments
If paid plans or purchases are introduced, the applicable price, billing interval, cancellation process and refund terms must be presented before purchase. This page does not establish any subscription charge or refund promise.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. No guarantee of results
CrowdMaan does not guarantee media coverage, partnerships, campaign approvals, fundraising success, revenue or returns. Your decisions and outreach remain your responsibility.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results, and liability may be limited as allowed by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
